Buddah Bear Labs processes orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carrier Insurance Fees
In certain situations, the shipping carrier may require an insurance fee, shipping protection fee, customs-related fee, or other carrier-imposed charges before delivery can be completed.
Buddah Bear Labs does not determine, control, or collect these fees. Any such charges are established solely by the shipping carrier or relevant transportation provider.
Because these fees are determined independently by the carrier, Buddah Bear Labs cannot provide an exact amount in advance and is unable to predict what charges may apply to a specific shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring they are available to receive their package.
Customer Responsibilities

Abandoned Or Refused Packages

Orders that are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to customer inaction may not qualify for refunds in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Delays
Buddah Bear Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Lost Or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
