At Buddah Bear Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, all refund and return requests are reviewed in accordance with the policies outlined below.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, contact information, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Buddah Bear Labs is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Returns
Due to product safety, regulatory requirements, and the nature of consumable products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been processed and shipped.
Return requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Buddah Bear Labs.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed for:
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled by Buddah Bear Labs.
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
- Incorrect items shipped by our fulfillment team.
- Orders canceled before shipment processing begins.
Abandoned Packages
Customers are solely responsible for monitoring tracking information and accepting delivery of their packages.
If a customer abandons a package, refuses delivery, fails to collect a package from the shipping carrier, or allows a package to be returned due to inaction, the order will not qualify for a refund.
Buddah Bear Labs does not issue refunds for packages abandoned with the shipping carrier, unclaimed shipments, refused deliveries, or packages returned due to customer negligence.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.
Buddah Bear Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs inspections, or other transportation-related issues.
Lost Or Damaged Packages
Customers should contact our support team promptly if a package appears lost or arrives damaged.
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment processing begins. Once an order enters processing or shipping stages, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Buddah Bear Labs directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in restrictions on future purchases.
